I believe in BF2 only a set number or people could have this rank at one time. Is it the same for it's BF2142 counterpart? I know in BF2142 only a certain number of people can have the top 3 ranks.

If only a certain number of people could have this rank, it would explain why I have 7810 of 7250 points needed and still haven't ranked up (it's been 3 days now).

I had Sergeant Major of the Army and I saw lots of people who had it at the same time as me. Don't know why your stats haven't updated yet.

my points get stuck sometimes, it took 4 days for my smg of the army. just takes some time for the points to catch up.... its a pain in the ass i know but it's just what we have for now...

Put a sock into it, I had to wait for my 2750 points to update into my game, so I finally could get major Gold.

After the patch though, all servers seem to work great, and the score is almost instant update (except awards)
