I guess Wednesdays aren't the most happening night on the server.

But while it was going strong we had an awesome squad and fucking dominated. Then the squad dissolved though. It was awesome while it lasted. That's what bf2s is all about. We need to do bf2s people versus the random pubbers that come onto the server. That would be awesome.

First couple of rounds where good, but then my ping decided to jump to 180ish so coupled with some weird graphics lag I couldn't play for crap (not that I can anyway).

Still the first few rounds with me and Orange armour whoring were very nice.

A while back when the BF2s server was usually populated at night (like, late 2005, early 2006), we stopped putting BF2Sers on one team.

This might come as a shock to some, but it's really not a whole lot of fun playing against a co-ordinated, VoIPed squad consisting of Skruples, AfroJap, Chuy, Stryyker, Patton, and myself.

We found it was a really good way to empty out the server and have one team with 28 people and the other with 4. I can honestly say it's one of the only times I've ever seen people switch from PLA to USMC on Wake Island.

I see it everytime I play Wake Island...

The Regulars of the server (Wake "Veterans") usually stick to the same team and squads since we like playing with eachother.

Everyround at least 5 people switch over to our side..

It doesn't matter if your PLA or USMC, your going to get owned.

Two guys in armor who are actually engy. I am SO tired of having the other armor guy play in a sniper kit ....

And, pretty good air/ground coordination for a group of guys that hasn't trained together ...

You've played on there Vince ... obviously it is "enabled" or the teams would be horribly unbalanced mid-round. Admins can also type !ab to see the current status of autobalance.

I've been thinking about trying smartbalance-2 (instead of autobalance) to see if that is a more preferable setting.
