According to a recent talk that our friends over at CVG had with Doug Lombardi, Valve will miss their target release of Q1 2007 for the Episode 2 package. The new target release season is the summer of 2007.

No official reason has been given for the delay.

Could be worse, you could be dealing with DICE, which had trouble wtih patches let alone a game, but my respect dropped for VALVe once they had that deal with popcrap putting a thousand demos on my gamelist
