ok i just finished building my new compt specs are
pentium d 3.40 processor
2 gig ddr2 ram
7600gt graphics

and when ever i join a server on low in 2142 i play for about 30 seconds and it ctds every time anyone able to help me

have you got the latest drivers.......if so you might need to drop back to 91.47 ...they seem to be the best right now...

Also what temps are you getting?? could be overheating

i know its not overheating i have 2 120ml fans one in rear and one sitting in the pws 3 80ml fans in the front 1 on the side and one on the top

Firewall problem? Try disabling your firewall see if that helps you. Also try different drivers. Also close all unnecessary applications you are running and try changing the refresh rate and resolution, put them on the highest.

Are you overclocking? If, turn everything back down to defaults and see if you still get ctd's.

Try running memtest for a while.

Make a bootable CD from one of the ISO files and run it for a few hours, see if it comes up with any errors.

Same thing kinda happened to me, tried everything untill i took 1 stick of RAM out...and then everything worked perfectly.

Do that memtest bollox
