-Got into Snowboarding about 3 years ago, good but not great, sitll working on it
-Golf during the summer when I got time

Ironman football in HS: offensive center, defensive linebacker.  track and field: shot, discus.  back then I weighed around 215 depending on the season.  If I tried to lift those weights now something would break off.

thats 1.5 miles, in 5 minutes. which is 100 seconds per half mile, which is 1 minute and 40 seconds per half, which equals=you're a liar or misinformed or confused, because that is 1 second under the world record.

I'm 6'4" and 195lb.

Bench: 210lb
Squat: 400lb although, I probably could do a lot more.  Leg press is over 720 but that's with my back on the ground and the weights are on a 45 degree angel.
Curl: 60lb
Delts: 35lb (seriously need to work on that)
Triceps: 90lb extra (using two benches; hands on one, feet on the other and 90lb on my stomach)
Calfs: 180lb extra on top of my body weight so 375lb.

I could go through my entire work out. lol.

100m: Don't know never actually ran it timed.
200m: 22.48
400m: 52s
800m: 1:48
1500m: 3:48
3000m: 8:36

Long Jump: 23'8"

I played Soccer and Track&Field.  I play Basketball, Baseball and Football with my friends for fun.  I don't know what my 40 time would be but I would guess 4.6  That's just an estimate.

Yes, I'm insane (I mean like I get up at 4am to work out before school... that kind of insane).  I love it though.  I've finally gotten my strength back up after being seriously injured a year and a half ago.
