In case you weren't aware Hugo Chavez has been democratically elected in free and fair internationally monitored elections TWICE.
If that's true, then the average citizen of Venezuela is even less intelligent than the average American.
'Even less intelligent than' or perhaps 'ridiculously empoverished compared to' Americans. The American supported system of government failed because it was the same as pre-Castro Cuba: corrupt, monopolistic, international corporation infested and oligarchical - widening the gap between rich and poor at an exponential rate: a country governed by the whims of boardroom directors sitting in lavish offices in places far far away from Venezuela.
I've been there a few times there was not much of a middle class.

That's my point. It's probably just like Panama, which I've been to a couple of times, almost non-existent middle class, 5-10% uber-rich, everyone else dirt poor (with that number increasing all the time). The problem: the country is in fact owned by international corporations, big money and politicians who will bend over backwards for them (or else!) to the detriment of the populace as a whole. Capitalism gone wrong, capitalism without checks and balances. A country governed by global capital. The problem with pretty much all of Latin America and the reason for the rise of Ignacio Lula Da Silva, Evo Morales, Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro.

Well its taken almost 3 years but maybe with the Venezuela Recession sirs discontent giveing support to the opposition (via http://www.drudgereport.com/ ).

Do you think it has a chance to stick and pull him from power?  Or once a Socialist Dictator always a Socialist Dictator will keep power?

Looking at Venezuela's recent history, I'd say they're probably fucked no matter who they elect.  We have plenty of corruption issues of our own, but Venezuela makes our government look squeaky clean by comparison.
