First North Korea now Iran

...Iran's military has fired dozens of missiles during a military exercise in central Iran, state-run TV reported. The missiles included the Shahab-3, which has a 2,000km (1,240 mile) range, and the Shahab-2, which can carry cluster bombs, the report said.

Analysts say the Shahab-3 is capable of hitting Israel and US military bases in the Gulf.
The missile tests come at the start of 10 days of military manoeuvres planned across the country.

Apparently they didn't learn anything from the result of N.Korea. The thing is Russia would never allow those kind of sanctions against Iran.

Maybe we should test some of our missiles, too. Just to make sure everything is order for the ones coming out of the US submarines within range of Iran.

Until Iran blocks the Straits of Hormuz and oil goes to $120/barrel, I don't think anyone will do anything substantial. I mean, if North Korea is an example, look at what it took China to vote on the security council?

Using that same logic, I don't think Russia, who is pretty much in bed with the Iranians still, will block everything until Iran tests a nuke.

Unfortuately, they may test the nuke on Israel with their new missle system that's able to reach Israel now.

Australia was also involved in that exercise. I wonder why they didn't mention that in your link.
The U.S.-led maneuvers that finished Monday focused on surveillance, with warships tracking a vessel suspected of carrying nuclear components or illegal weapons. The nations that took part were Australia, Bahrain, Britain, France, Italy and the United States.
