I just love my new unlocks, i got the demopack, helmet, active camo and the lambert today and that combinations is just sick.
To try out the active came, i just ran up to a guy, who was facing me. He was about 30 meters away and knifed him from behind. I blew up 2 walkers and 1 apc using active camo and demo charges. I tried to blow up slayer in his walker but he was on to me, damn you slayer. Nowadays blowing up vehicles is a lot easier tho, you can just make your self invisible, walk up to them, put a charge on it and blow it to bits. It looks like i got my old hobby back.
I also love the lambert, the zeller is better at on long distances but the lambert rocks on short and medium range, its the best rifle i unlocked so far and i m quite pleased with it.

Huh, I just had my daily tour on random titan servers... you know, its all new to me, and I have to get used to all the new things
However, got the MG-unlock as a field upgrade and tried it. First impression: okaaaayyyy....

That's because you didn't register your veteran account with Evil_BeH nick, meaning when there was that thing where to put BF2 account you used General_Echo, right? The game thought you were two different persons, but you can still register any nick you want to after making account on game.Echo wrote:

get yourself onto the 2142 EU server, then form a BF2S squad, chances are all the [BF2s] tagged players will join this squad. Then be a good squad leader and they will follow you to your death. Give them orders, place your beacon in a good place where they will WANT to spawn on the beacon, then you should get the badge you need.Doperwt. wrote:

Last night we had a full squad again of [BF2s] guys and were the best squad in the game. One round on Gibraltar, we made an excellent maneuver to take back the harbor. Was one of the best bits of squad work I have seen. It was almost like a swarm of locust falling onto a corn field. We flanked the enemy troops, and in a sort of line (our squad spread out almost evenly across a small bit of the map but within distance to help each other) we moved onto the harbor and killed everyone we saw, then took the flag back. The enemy had NO chance!

But seriously, I think this can be achieved within the scope of a game for a map like Gibralter when you are EU and defending the first flag. People can just respawn on your beacon instead of at the flag. But if you don't wear the BF2S tags and join TS people won't know to help you out.
I got mine 2 days ago on Tunis (gold one), placed the beacon between our flag and there's, had a full Bf2s squad, we spawned on it all the time because it was placed somewhere where the enemy couldn't see it but it was close to combat none the less, 8 tickets left and got it.

I feel your pain superfly... yesterday I had crap connection.. the highest ping I saw was above 1000 but I don't know if it went higher becasue it laged so much it was hard to see the score...
@ Soupy, I would have switched to your team, but once all the BF2s guys left my team, I then quit playing for the night.
Guess those dog tags I collected from you dont really count then because of your crappy connection. WIll get them again some other time!
