i put some rubber grip decals on the frame and slide. adds a nice rubber feel to the polymer frame and looks badass against the dark earth brown

It's not stamped, but yes "US" is part of the molded plastic stock. It's there to prove the stocks country of origin. Some firearms are required to have a certain amount of USA made parts to be legal. It's really stupid, but if you are interested look up "922r".burnzz wrote:

I have a flat base on the mag now. More concealable and tighter fitting. Sometimes the finger grip plate would pinch your finger.
My only guess is he'd seen one too many off-spec DPMS rifles come through.SEREMAKER wrote:

The barrel is sealed (small weld) and the firing pin's removed. So every part moves, you can take it apart and everything, you just can't load it or shoot it, and it doesn't make a "click" anymore.krazed wrote:
what did they do to it?
what kind of pistol is it? Not a luger or a lahti...DonFck wrote:

So it's far from ruined, it looks good. If it had been deactivated after 1.1.2010, the fuckers would've drilled holes through from the outside and welded shut everything, basically ruining the piece altogether. New laws coming into force after various shootings you may have read about.
