The Hammerli 280 was not well regarded, the frame broke up, they bodged a fix with a bolt-on piece of aluminium and now they've done the exact same thing with the SP20.
That and a one piece moulded grip/frame is a bunch of arse - I like to adjust my grips.
I'd buy a GSP before an SP20.
Also Walther-Umarex is turning into dogshit, no-one can get spares for anything.

You recycle the brass, or use all new components.
The powder, primer, and bullet are a one-time use item. No reuse.
For my rifle, custom reloads tuned to the rifle cost me about $0.75 per round, not including the brass.
About $1.00 per round, averaging in 5 uses of the brass.
Compared to factory loaded crap rounds at $40/box of 20, at least.
Factory rounds are 1" to 2" groups at 100 yards.
My tailored hunting reloads are 0.625" groups at 350 yards (2"+ at 625 yards - but that's my fault)
So, buy a box of shells at the store - spend $2 per round, get craptastic 2" groups at 100 yards.
OR, load your own, spend $1 per round, get phenomenal 2" groups at 600 yards.

Specifically, look at the tight little groups it puts in the middle of that target waaaaay down at the end of the range.

Mechanically there is more innovation in that single Russian designed pistol than the last 100 years of US pistol development.
Reloading saves me a ton of money, and lets me shoot calibres for which factory ammo does not exist.
