In the U.S. if you are illegal you can goto any hospital and they will treat you.  Now what I want to know is how do I act illegal so I can get free Medical treatment?

You can also get free medical treatment if you go to prison.  Why not try that instead?

Having injuries treated from border crossings sounds a lot different than the picture you painted of illegal mexicans raping and killing every white person they encountered then chilling at the hospital for free in the other thread.

I dont think they will call INS.  I know they cant refuse you treatment, so go in there, speak only spanish except maybe a few words in english, and show them the injury and there ya go....once its taken care of, bolt out the door.  But dont fucking do it, because everyone else here who has medical insurance, it makes healthcare costs go up because you dont pay the bills for it.  It makes my premiums go up every year and Im sick of paying more money for people so they can be irresponsible and not pay their medical bills.
