Don't want to have to upload a 1920x1200 image to photobucket so here is the wallpaper I use
all my shortcuts are in the toolbar so that really is my desktop.

What does BF2s think of my Desktop?
I made the Cursor set and Background myself and all the icons for rocketdock are carefully chosen and customized plus I've remade an activity indicator to match the red scheme
Windows minimize to the Dock so I rarely need to use the Taskbar (which is hidden to the left side)...
Winamp skin that I found matches perfectly and so does Redshift V2 for firefox
All inspired by my future mouse (damn delivery times)
EDIT: Oh, did I mention, Stack Docklet

Your thoughts, insights, and musings on this matter intrigue me
Taskbar hidden, both screens. Pretty minimalist?
Btw, someone link me to a nice icon for Crysis?
My laptop, that has replaced my hot, loud, clumpsy and ugly bed computer. 1x 1280x800 >>>>>>> 2x 1024x768. By far.
The wallpaper is a really leet HL2 screenshot I took
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Weird res tbh.
Also, your 1152x864 is fucked too. Lol, foreigners.
1280x800 is pretty standard for laptops, the 16:10 format of 1280px. 1280x1024 is weirder, as it's the only (standardized) 5:4 res.Funky_Finny wrote:

1152x864 is rather weird, though, not widely used, but works great on 17" CRTs from the early 2000s. Just a standard 4:3 format.
My 2176x864 is just plain weird, though.

The bar thing at the bottom is transparent and black, but since most of the bottom of my wallpaper is black, ye can see it
