this occurs as soon as i click on the exe downloaded from fileplanet.

i followed the suggested steps on error and it didnt work, dont know how to fix

Have you googled "Installshield + [whatever the error code was]"? You might have a corrupted file

chek out the directx9 ... if you dont have it , you need Directx9 installed and should ensure that the d3dx9_29.dll is present in your C:/WINDOWS/system32. Chek out your system32 if d3dx9_29.dll is not here, install directx9
