Pity you can't lift your helmet visor... lose your HUB, but lose the EMP effect as well...
For those that doesn't know what EMP is = Electro Magnetic Pulse..
And as you can see in the name it takes out all electro in that area.. Thats the effect you got there.. EMP
When that happens to you it just disable you helmet, witch send info to team m8s (where an enemy is without spoting there) and it also reduce your sight
Everything in BF2142 will have an effect on the EMP.. so you will see more of those...

Where do you get the Electronic Helments? There are no ranked servers to unlock anything
