Less than a moo sound for gunfire, this game does need an extra voice pack. Back when I played Tribes a guy named slam made an awesome soundpack with random movie quotes and sound bytes. There was a good deal of snl tracks in there, and yes, there was cowbell, much cowbell.
Improvement: Allow voice packs to be installed and run on ranked servers!
