A ranked, 64 man (50 man maybe?) GW server. 24/7 GW. One of the best maps in BF2 IMO, but nobody seems to take the initiative to run it. Since it seems we have some european players here, perhaps a server located in New York would be good (TOP did this with their SF server, it worked very well. All the US and the Brits could play!). It would be very well-adminned.

I'm not saying I'll get this server myself =p I wish I had the money! But perhaps someone is watching

I found only one GW IO server since 1.4 and it didn't last long at all.That's too bad cause that would be an awesome IO map.

Possibly. I was thinking of alternating between the 16 man version for "blitzkreig" rounds and the 32 man (With 64 man tickets). IO on 32/64 would be kinda boring. Lots of walking =/. But on 16 it would be great!

The only reason I can't stand this map is because I've never found a server for it that I haven't lagged on. It just isnt fun when I see the same tank go by 3 times.

Okay.. seems like it would be around 200 bucks for a 48 man server from Branzone. It's a good server though... 64 bit a 64 man is around 250.

HGS said he can pitch in about 50. I think I could do 40 or so. So that's 90 so far.

Maybe we could get someone to sponsor this *coughbf2scough*?

EDIT: By that I mean a server switches over to 24/7 Great Wall >.>

Has anyone played Rubber Ducky 16 player Karkand? Don't they have 64 size tickets? How many would want that with GW? Just wondering, because some people like to tank and fight outside the walls.

A 24/7 GW should be great. I would play on that server, but I've not played Bf2 for a while now, last time I think was with Hellogoodsir
And it would be good if it was based in NYC, as Hellogoodsir said, so we form Europe also could have some fun.

But if there going to be a 24/7 GW I would play as often as I could and I would get my ten hours for the Markmans Infantry Medal or what it's called

I wouldnt play it lost - but would like to play GW now and then and its so difficult to find any - let alone with a good ping! So I guess it would depend on where the server was? So only change vote to Yes is in UK/EU
