Well nobody knows him and nobody cares if he won because of all americans voted on him.

And besides, in Norway they would name a bridge after Conan O'Brian.

Yes he won, there were some problems with the laws because he wasn't dead, but someone came on the show and said they would work things out.

He won the contest but the Hungarian Government made a new name themselves because Colbert was still alive. However Colbert was still invited by the Hungarian Government to the bridge's openning where I guess he will give a speech in Hungarian or something.
