How do you get a "Unique forum title"?

I have noticed that under the persons username ther eis always a unique title that they have.
I know mine simply says "member", but i'm wondering how I could get one.

Hit the big yellow/orange SEARCH
And type Request Unique Forum Title and that will do the trick, or simply PM a moderator

In the BF2s.com - Etcetera section, the top sticky is entitled The "Request a unique forum title / member title" thread ... go there and request your title.
