They're obviously stat padders, if you can get a kil streak of 353, your k:d ratio should easily be above 5.

Its obvious neither of them thought twice about padding, but why risk having your stats reset by killing the same guy over and over (255 times). Why not have your buddies (more than 1) create second accounts and do it that way. I dont think I would let someone kill me 255 times if I were a 1st Sergeant.
