For me its Germany they mostly have very childish tactics their servers are always laggy 150+ with 512dl and 1.5upload conn., kick and or ban for the stupidiest reasons or constant tk for vehicles.

i try to avoid servers out of the USA cause of high ping
Uh, everything except North America. Otherwise I get high pings.
I dont even pay attention to Countries, but even if I go to a European server ill sometimes still only get around 90 ping, maybe a bit higher.

I avoid anything with a bad ping. I don't think what country they are from has anything to do with how they play or act, it's just that particular person or server. I used to play UT2K4 mods with Germans all the time and they were some of my favorite people to play with.

I don't avoid particular countries. I just play on servers with a ping less than 50
i only ever play on australian servers so i get a ping of 10-15 most of the time. i play on new zealand servers too sometimes, but i avoid american ones.

The only servers I avoid are ones above 100. I make an exception with American servers when I'm playin with some of my friends back in the States.
