A bird hit my windshield once on the highway. Had no idea what it was at first besides a black ball. Hit towards the top, no dmg.


It's the first time in a while I've ran over an animal. Never try to but I've hit several over the past 12 years.

Yep, now I'm in Benning to try out for OCS. Just need to do APFT again to class up, despite doing no sit-ups in basic as we only did the new ACFT to pass

This guy though, man, he was what you'd call misanthropic, but I liked him. He was about 6'5", weighed about 150 lbs and his routine every night was to eat a large bag of cool ranch doritos with one of those tostitos cheese dips, drink an entire 2 liter bottle of coke, and play solitaire on his laptop while watching either bill o'reilly or star trek: the next generation. He got crazy depressed on his 29th birthday because all his musical idols died at that age and he hadn't made it big yet.

He's actually the one that started me down the road to libertarian thinking. He made me question my jealousies. He grew up poor outside of Charlotte and I asked him why he wasn't socialist or upset that so many people had so much and he had so little.
