too lazy to peel boiled eggs, and i've never been able to get the whole shake in a jar with a bit of water trick to work. It just turns into a watery eggy mess.
used to like sunny side up then i tried the ol over and much preferred it. plus if i'm putting it on a sandwich it doesn't run as much which is nice.

There's a place by me that does an incredible breakfast burrito. Instead of just shoving scrambled eggs in there they put a sunny side up egg in, so about halfway through you get all the yolk dripping into and out of the burrito. It's what I imagine heaven to be like.

I remember watching Adam Savage (from mythbusters) cook an "omelette" and hearing him say "I don't like those omelettes with a ton of stuff inside". Then proceeds dump a shit ton of ingredients (including weird shit like avocado) and then smother it in sauce. I was like wtf do you think an omelette is if thats "not much stuff" so I looked at what Americans think an omelette is, made me laugh.
I like my eggs over easy, preferably on top of waffles.

Wouldn't the avocado turn into mush if you heat it up? Warm avocado is gross anyway.
I'm not a fan of smushed avocado (or guac that looks like it came out of a caulking gun), but chunky guac and avocado slices are good. It's good in omelettes too!
