Mahatma Ghandi once said "The spirit of democracy cannot be imposed from without. It has to come from within".
As the democratic "world" continues to spend hundreds of billions of dollar and a cost of innumerable human lives bringing "Democracy" to those who reject it. What duty do these said countries have towards a nation that embraced Democracy yet their fledgling government was over thrown by a military Junta and it's political leader Aung San Suu Kyi imprisoned (now nearly 14years) while her people live in poverty, children starve to death and a Diaspora of 1.5 millon refugees are homeless worldwide?
