If Microsot comes out with an great browser, with full standards compliance, and no pain in the ass BS that IE is known for... I see no reason to stick it out with Firefox.

I like the way firefox downloads and saves files to the computer. IE pissed me off one day SO badly because I had to download the same 750mb file 3 times. That was when I made the switch, and I have been ever so pleased.
The only complaint I have with Firefox is that sometimes (on rare occasion) a company will not let me complete a transaction with firefox, and I need to do it through IE.

IE 7 lags so bad, it puts CPU usage to max, I only downloaded it to see what its like, it copied FF with tabbed browsing

I use FF, why wouldn't I ? If I need to run IE on a page I have a plugin that automaticaly opens IE inside of FF.
