We have more of a stake in Mexico then we do in the middle east, and it would be way better for our country if we put more of our resources into Mexico then the Middle East. If we enproved their country it would make ours better.smtt686 wrote:

The thing is the asylum seekers are getting kicked out after the asylum application process ends. No tear-jerking stories have permitted any illegal immigrant to stay here - a great achievement for politicians who are always asked to pander to the 'Deportation is Racism' brigade. We changed our constitution to make it even more difficult to get Irish citizenship (the 'must have one Irish parent' rule).
