Yeah, I've heard rumors that parts of Iran's Revolutionary Guard were sent to Lebanon to help Hezbollah combat  IDF. So finding a dead Revolutionary Guard among the bodies of Hezbollah fighters seems possible to me.
But this can as well be just a propaganda trick.

Very, very possible and I think it might be likely. Remember, it is supposedly Iran supplying the dodgy WW2 rockets to them.

We must also keep in mind that the British had a trick in WW2 of building a "fake" soldier from a dead german body. A lot of intelligence was "leaked" that way... Including the false date and location of the D-Day landings.
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.

I knew this would happen. Its only a matter of time before other surrounding countries citizens get involved. There is widespread anger in the muslim world to the whole sale slaughter of the Lebanese ppl's by the Israeli's/Americans. I don't see this as Iran directly getting involved, more its citizens getting involved to help their Islamic brothers. Now watch how the media uses this as another reason to involve Iran even more in this conflict.
Yeah I know Iran supplies Hesbullah with rockets which can target the souther cities of Isreal. But America provides Israel with rockets and Nukes which can reach every arab city in the middle east. Its the same as the cold war. America armed the Muhadeen to fight the soviets. Muhadeen and Hezbollah are much the same kind of organization, fighting to expel a foreign power from your country. Just this time its in Americas interests to support Israel.

I apologise............
Regardless, he's basically making the scenario off nothing.  To the best of my knowledge, there is not evidence of Hizballah ever attacking Lebanese citizens.

Off with you.
If you don't think Hezbollah is operating from civilian areas including school yards, mosques and apartment buildings you are HOPELESS!!!
I don't doubt that they are firing from your stated locations..............but even your last statement does not answer my question.  You stated as fact that the Lebanese civilians are willingly staying so that Hezballah can use there property to launch attacks.  These are the comments your are defending right?

Hey I know a good place to look.........Try FOX
Its true, some civilians are staying behind to help house and resuppy hezbollah guerillas. . .its known, what dont you get about that! Hezbollah has completely infiltrated that government, and country, the people love them, because they provide services the government cant!  Hezbollah has schools, hospitals etc. very similar to what the Mob did in their early existence!! Its all very sick, what these terrorist organizations do!! They brainwash, and indoctrinate people to their side, because they can, and the governments cant stop them!!

The Lebanese are pawns for Hezbollah to use and manipulate, its disturbing to watch!! They have been doing that to the Lebanese since their inception in the early 80's!! These groups are so sadistic and sick, they need to be taken out!! NO CEASEFIRE until they are removed completely. . . .we need to thank Israel for saving us the time and effort!!
Hmmm. The US Government provides schools and hospitals that no one else can... They try to win our trust, then they let a terrorist attack or two slip through and use our patriotism to fight their wars. Perhaps, GASP, the US government is just like hezbollah!

I do not doubt that there are "some" civilians who would stay behind to fight and/or help Hezballah.  But you in know way can insinuate that "most" of the civilians trapped in southern Lebanon are there for that reason.

You are wrong about Hezallah completely infiltrating the government.  They have 2 on there cabinet........I wouldn't consider that completely infiltrating.  After all.........we do back the Lebanese government dont we?

Seems to me you are following the same tactics as ATG..........spreading miss information through your opinion.

Considering that Israel is bombing the crap of anyplace in Lebanon that fires rockets, I truly doubt the average Lebanese Joe is willing to let Hezbollah fires rockets from their front yard, specialy if he has a wife and kids inside his house. Its more likely he doesn't have a choice.

Aside from the Iranians apparently there may be some Hezbollah fighters among the dead too. Possibly just a vicious rumour though.

Yeah but then I guess it would be nearly logistically impossible for them to go straight for Iran, the next best option you'd have would be pushing back the border attacks.

edit: or I guess you could ask the UN to do something about it.................................................HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!

Yes.  Because in airstrikes geographical borders are important.  Oh, wait......................

why would you use airstrikes on someone if you didn't have the ability to enforce it with groundpounders?

Thats right, when Irans president says he has a peaceful intention for his nuclear program, but his actions ( including trying to smuggle yellow cake out of Africa ) indicate he is preparring for war, we have to act on his actions not his words.

Inspired by the success of the Iranian Revolution, the party also dreamt of transforming Lebanon's multi-confessional state into an Iranian-style Islamic state. Although this idea was abandoned and the party today is a well-structured political organisation with members of parliament.

Terror

Hezbollah's political rhetoric has centred on calls for the destruction of the state of Israel. Its definition of Israeli occupation has also encompassed the idea that the whole of Palestine is occupied Muslim land and it has argued that Israel has no right to exist.

Hezbollah's spiritual head Sheikh Fadlallah is close to Iran

The party was long supported by Iran, which provided it with arms and money.

In its early days, Hezbollah was close to a contingent of some 2000 Iranian Revolutionary guards, based in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, which had been sent to Lebanon in 1982 to aid the resistance against Israel.

As Hezbollah escalated its guerrilla attacks on Israeli targets in southern Lebanon, its military aid from Iran increased.

The movement also adopted the tactic of taking Western hostages, through a number of freelance hostage taking cells: The Revolutionary Justice Organisation and the Organisation of the Oppressed Earth, which seized Terry Waite.

For many years, Hezbollah was synonymous with terror, suicide bombings and kidnappings. In 1983, militants who went on to join Hezbollah ranks carried out a suicide bombing attack that killed 241 US marines in Beirut.

Airstrikes can be used to effectively remove your opponents offensive capabilities, along with production and infrastructure capabilites.

Now this is funny............

I wonder why we now have all these countries attempting to obtain nukes.  Could it be that we have tons of them?  So your going to ride in there on your moral horse chanting none for you? LMAO

That is the reason now we will never stop North Korea or Iran from getting them........even if all the U.N. sanctions in the world say otherwise.  You could always start a war right? lol

We can't let Iran and N Korea have nukes because they are less likely to use them wisely. If you think Iran and N. Korea should have nukes just because we do you are ludicrous

Your idea of if they have we should is going to kill millions

I just pray you don't eat your own words when a nuke falls into terrorist hands and annihilates someone

Because im sure they will help that nation rebuild(like we did)....ha....not

Yes, it's not like there's huge amounts of ground to cross, massive aerial attacks or armed militia to worry about.

Don't forget land mines.

I didn't say it would be easy.
