It obviously wasn't an autokick, but rather the admin kicked you and used the generic ping kick and added the "1337" to be funny.

You can get a ping of over 1000, it has happened to me. Most routers don't go beyond 2000. This is a very possible occurance. I believe ScRoGG. Why would he make a forum account just to impress someone.
