a new version of bf2 has been spotted on four EAUK servers. v1.1.2961-793.0 seems to be newer than 1.1.2940-772.0 which is known as v1.4beta2.

so it could be the final 1.4 release candidate or a new beta patch version.

I just wanted to play a little bit and there were some problems with the account server (allways an error message at the end of a round combined with a logout, points not recorded) so I finaly left. Another hint for "today"?
