uhm m8, Europeans didn't take out all Natives....blame it all on the Europeans right, you guys over there called yourself Americans by then.

But you "Americans" back then called and probably felt "American" yes Europeans came to America, the east coast, probably took down some Indians there, but Europeans never moved to the west. you Americans defeated England, The French lost there land. Americans moved west and took the west from the Spanish and the south from Mexico. and what happened to the Indians when Americans moved to the west....well what do you think...

who said we were almost wiped out, 

it is funny tho that we would invade iraq cause saddam was killing 1000's of his people..

hell the US Govt wipped out an estimated 20M natives yet nothing ever happened to them..

native communities are making a come back tho..

ours is 30k+ strong...

Giving the western states to the indians isn't the same thing as the indians having resisted invasion completely. Discussion of this there would be a derailment of that thread.

As to this topic, if old South American culture had survived the bloodshed that wiped a good portion of it out, indian technology may have been such that they would have landed in Europe, rather than the other way around.

And ^*AlphA*^ how could europeans discover a land that already had people on it? Way to come in second. i was talking about the rest World back then, yes there were people on it but they (probably didn't know anything about the rest or the world, America was (before the disvovery) not known, most of the rest was, and did i say they weren't a human race ????? no i didn't i said the Human race was discovering the world....

I know exactly what america would be like. the only man made structures would be casinos and trailer parks, and the only car manufacturing company on earth would be hummer. no really, it would.  in my town there is one of the largest casinos in the country (not counting vegas) and all the native americans like across the street in a huge trailer park, and at any given time there is 40-50 hummers sitting in front of all the houses.
Everyone knows its true, they just dont wanna admit it, so please, continue flaming as you were.
