Never seen that before but when i play 1.12 it says im a General when im only colonel and considering he is a Lieutenant General it makes his rank that because Lieutenant General was unknown in 1.12.

I've seen one similar to that as well. Was this past weekend, had 2-3 stars, but where the last star would be...there would be that little circle thing. I thought I got a screenie of it, but I can't seem to find it.
