Links don't work(at least for me) without a Canadian zip code.

If they have 'em get an Antec Smartpower or Truepower series with the watt/amperage ratings reccommended earlier.

I can't see them either.

I also recommend www.newegg.com and Antec PSU's. It's like $55 for 400w Antec Smartpower 2.0.

I couldn't use the web ID numbers from those staples links (and am too lazy to find a CA zip), but when I look at staples.com for my locale, I see 3 good Antec PSUs.  Assuming these are the same options you're seeing, any would be fine, but the 350 watt would be pushing it a little down the line.  I'd get the 400 or 500 watt, just in case.  A little insurance here is a nice thing.  Next generation, requirements may be even worse, so it's nice to have a little elbow room.

I'll agree with other people that there are better places to get one, but if you're looking to buy from a local store, and staples is all you've got, go for it.  I can understand the appeal of instant gratification.
