I'm seeing lots of rock and heavy metal...Is that seriously what you guys like?

I've been to:

50 Cent-Get Rich or Die Tryin' tour

50 Cent-The Massacre Tour

Eminem when he was in Australia that one time

Usher-8710 tour

And a couple of others with my parents when I was younger...

By far, the best concert I went to was the 50 Cent-Get Rich or Die Tryin'...He's a mother fucking genius...That's what happens when you're mentored by Eminem...

Shihad
Autozamm
Foo Fighters
The D4

Yeah, that's it, sad really isn't it? Three of the four are New Zealand acts, (bloody good though, the D4 has since split up though.)
We don't get many good international acts here, those that do come here go to Auckland and don't come any further south than that. Fucking sucks man 'cause Auckland's a shithole and all New Zealander's consider them a separate country.
Was going to go to the Rolling Stones but didn't have any money.

Hey AlexTG - what about Silverchair? Jet? They're good bands out of Aus.
What has happened to those bands anyways?

Mostly shows in atlanta, haven't been in a while, most of my friends are lame when it comes to music, never want to try anything new, just want to see pop crap like that uses CD's to back up their performances, but here's my list.

Ludacris (I realize now that most of these types of rap concerts are a waste of time, you get about 60-90 seconds of each song, can't really get into any one of them before they switch to the next, just a "buy my cd" sampling of them for 40 minutes)
Big Boi of outkast
George Clinton + P-funk
Weezer
The Offspring (hOOOooollllyCRAP! talk about high energy)
Trapt

they do have great sound set up, as did beasties, manson, audioslave, and Janes add.

manson really puts on a great show, he's not my fave artist, but I do occasionally get in the mood for it, but he puts alot of work into it, costume changes every 2-3 songs, motown backup singers, amazing sets, snow falling on the whole audience, gold glitter cannons, and he by far had the heaviest hitting bass of anyone I've seen, rappers and DJ's included

Thats what I have gone to in the past, because its what I enjoy. I don't like Hip Hop or Rap, so why would I go to those?  I'm not going to editorialize on that last comment

Im lucky that my friends tour the markets of the various festivals around the UK selling candles. I get a free ticket, transportation and accommodation in return I work 6 hours each day of the festival. Now I have
children I don't get to go so often.............

I took this picture of our stall. Thats our Mechanic in full camo face paint for its anti insect properties trying to drum up some extra trade, which he did........lol.

They're all worth mentioning but there's some from when I was younger I'm a little more shameful of.

Like: 50 cent, Eminem, Xzibit, Cypress Hill all that shit but ignore that.

Seen a fuckload more bands etc live but none worth namedropping. (Kylie Minogue... you get the drift it was free).

I've seen Pearl Jam twice, and a bunch of not so famous east coast Canadian stuff no one would know
We aren't exactly the hub of popularity for big name acts out here.
I passed on seeing Our Lady Peace (they weren't very popular at the time, so I didn't care) and The Tragically Hip (I just didn't care, and I was told they chewed anyway...)
