Depends what mood I'm in, I'll usually take the tank though as it's rare I get one.

I ask because I've noticed lately (err, since 1.3), that most people go for the armor, and never allow others a chance.  Heck, even COMMANDERS command from armor (which can be frustrating on the 32 or 16 version of Karkand, as there is only one tank per team).  The same people constantly take the armor and everyone else is left with the Humvee, or their own two feet.  Same with transport vehicles--

Personally, if I spawn at Gas Station / Gate House and see a tank & Humvee / Vodnik, I'm going to choose the transport.  It is easier to run n00bs over with and can get you from point A to point B in no time.  Plus, there are other folks that may want to use armor.  But I've also noticed that when someone takes that Humvee and you ask for a ride, they drive right on as if they didn't hear / see you (and sometimes they don't).  I pretty much have to spam "Hey I need a ride!" ten or so times before he even attempts to come back and pick me up.

Does anyone else experience these problems too?

i always go straight for the hummer and then drive my self up to the suburb for an easy 2points.

I dont spawn at the gas station.  Is that an answer?

Transport ftw.  I'm trying to get my vehicle kills : total kills down, so tanks are a no.

To whoever you are mr. anonymous -1 guy.....I hope you know there are different BMF clans out there.  Mine...carries over from a previous game, and a few other of my mates have come along such as {BMF}STEALTH, {BMF}Rebel to only name a couple.  We dont have a BF2 server yet...we hope to have one in the future.  I have noticed that there are about 3 different BMF clans around.  Why has my clan upset you so much?  Did I or someone else from my group give you too much of an ass kicking?  Im guessing so.  Take your e-hatred and shove it up your ass.

id take the humvee to get in the action and ground pound, or take the humvee to get to an enemy flag far away and take it to help my team

Well if you DID spawn there, which would you take?

Or you could just choose to walk / run.

On most maps, the tank.  If I have to play karkand, I avoid armor.

I chose Humvee, but it really depends on what the tactical situation is at that moment. 

I mean, are you on the offensive or on the defensive? 
Is there an armor column on the way to your spawnpoint or are they busy defending THEIR spawnpoint?
My default philosphy is to take the fight to the enemy as fast as I can and to deny them their spawns.  Therefore, I'd go with the hummer for the win.  Fastest on the scene and I can cap lickity-split.  No need to bog down with a slow tank.

If I spawn later in the game back there, like I sometimes do because I forget to change spawn point, and there's a tank there I'm not going to let the other team get ahold of it. But if nothing's there I'll take the Humvee.
