Well mine (BornToKill67) is from Full Metal Jacket which is my favorite movie of all time. I added the 67 at the end of my name just for some variety instead of just letters. So now I've been using this name since the days of Warcraft III.

Its an I.M.Banks book title. It was a hard decision between 'Use of weapons' and 'Player of games'.
I managed to get Use0fWeapons using a zero not an 'o'.
I have tried to keep it in all forums and games.

InviSniper - Back soon after BF1942 came out I decided I needed a new name; before 1942 and soon into I went by "Snipa." I wanted a completely original name that no one else had or wanted so I picked the worst name I could think of, InvisibleSniper, which evolved into InviSniper, which may evolve into InviSi here soon.

Needed a name for first online game, Diablo 2. A Friend's mother recently called me devious after arguement over rent. Sinister was taken, so I used C-Nister, since C is the first letter of my last name.
No one got the name, so in Tribes 2 I changed it to Sin-nister so it will be pronouced correctly and, being agnostic, annoys bible bangers.
I became a Reverend online for the fun of it. So I added Minister to the name to make my name a noun instead of an adjective and to further seperate me from other screen names with "sinister" in it.

=KSB=NakadaiMarayamu...ok....here goes... =KSB= was the clan I was in when I started playing which stood for Koto Shinobi Bushi. =KSB=NakadaiMaruyama was my original account, but I had the glitch where all you're controls get reset, but I didn't know that was what happened so I made a new account with the "a" and "u" swaped. Nakadai Marayuma was supposed to be my real name in Japanese...but I don't think it is.

Back in the days of MOH:AA I had the s/n shadowstalker- someone in a game told me it was fitting because I seemed to kill them from in the shadows, history was made and I took on that phrase. I tend to kill people from behind or the side, screw all that so called fair fighting, If you never see me...or my c4 then you never have a chance to kill me.
