video card problem?

ok if i try to watch a video online its hard to see the picture. instead i get weird colors and you can kind of make out the picture but the coloring is all wrong. i get like bright colors like bright red, yellow....anyone know why this is?
i built my computer
specs:
MSI X850 XT
2 Gigs corsair pro
AMD 4000+
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300GB 16 mb cache

Uninstall your video divers and install the latest version. That should fix it.
