Will BF2, BF3 or 2142 ever reach this level of beauty?

Could this be an incentive to wake them up to realize what other gaming developers are doing with Fist Person Shooters besides worry about bugs? Don't get me wrong the #1 prority is to play a well balanced, bug free and complete game. However, doesn't looking at this already tell you that without asking (to a degree) if this game will play correctly? If they are able to produce this kind of game is it not far fetech to believe that it may be a well thoughtout balanced game? Is it possible that in the not so distance future that all games will start to look like this? So where does that leave us (Bf2'rs) who admire and enjoy BF2? This is only a taste of what's to come. I do hope I see this kind of improvement in the BF series along with a more balanced, bug free game.

i think EA has a hand in all gaming now...

besides, with physics processing out now, people can put better emphasis on environments and such, which is why the next.gen BF games could be great

Who cares about eye popping graphics if the game plays like dog shit? I'd take a marginally graphical game with fun gameplay and no bugs/glitches over 5 fps any day.

It would be nice to see a game with that much detail in it...but the cost to develop it would be astronomical...and then you would need some kind of crazy futuristic alien supercomputer thing just to run it...or they could just do like a virtual 3D...ya know with the headset that ya put on...or something like that...

unless every1 can afford top of the line GPU's and 4GB of fast ram... but it looks better than real life what has game become now... images more realistic than real life but im guessing the engine wont lag that bad, kinda like half-life 2... can run all high settings w/ X300, ahh the effeciency of the engine but the release of Conroe may not make games lag that bad

You will need a impressive gfx card and ram more then a cpu it would seem. You need more system resources to run vista

Thats a very badass looking game, but yeah F'ing right like I could afford the upgrades for that.

Eventually PC games will fall out of the loop because enough people just decided to stop tossing hundreds to possibly 1000's of dollars to play some 50$ game.

Least I wont, im still happy with BF1942 and BFV and they dont have near as much bells and whistles as BF2.
