I have a G5 that just took a dump on me. My left mouse button decided to not work anymore. I tested and tested on two different computers, and well, it's broke. But Logitech was very accomodating and sending me out a brand new one, no charge.
When it works, G5 is beautiful.

G5.... Nothing else comes close (cept a G7, but wireless mice can lag IMHO)
Razar Copperhead FTW
small, sleak, powerful settings. It remembers your settings ON THE MOUSE so you can connect it to another machine and use it without the program for resetting the keys.
not even the g5 has the memory.
and then you say it has weights, well with the pro tools for the copperhead, you can add even more custom weights and dummy buttons.

I just bought a G7 last night and I LOVE it.
I was using an mx518 before this, plus I have a Razer Copperhead, so I've used the major gaming mouses.
I played BF2 with it for a couple hours, and it's as smooth and responsive as advertised/reviewed. I was also testing my Fatal1ty soundcard, and I managed some pretty good rounds (for me). I always use the G36C on single shot, and I felt like my accuracy was improved a little- I managed a few great runs without dying.
