The neon looking glow on the edges is a little off. It covers some edges I don't think it should, and is a little weak on others, making it look a little funny, but with some work I think it could look cool. BTW, I like your name.

Stat sigs, they seem to be a bit outdated nowadays. The stats are nice, but I have to rate the sig...

Your idea is good. You have tried to develop it to its full extent. But you have not succeeded that well.
The text for your name should be smaller; a different font; and less visible to the eye.
For the sake of eye candy, make the Playstation 3 logo coloured - i.e the nice blue and green you have for the switches on the left.
It needs a clearer border. It needs a tad more colour.
And what is that JMJ thing at the bottom?

Your sig is good, but i don't think the color of the clouds blends to the best ability, the yellow offsets the dark gray/blue of the clouds. I would try for a light reddish color. Text is prefect.
