Very annoyng when you have been waiting (forever it feels) for the map to load, it crashes at once when you klick join

i notice that to. if i hit join now to quickly it ctd. i just wait 2 secs and everything is fine. and no lag for me

Crash every time i click join button, and more disconnects/connection problems.

I've reinstalled BF2 and patched 5times like they said. Nothing work, so fu**ing stupid when you're nr 1 the leaderboards in the fight and suddenly your game crash. EA/DICE FIX IT!!!

jax, I've noticed this too, particularly on the internode servers.  Yesterday, all I wanted to do was kill kill kill, and the (*@&#($*&@#$@#$ servers would spit every 20 minutes or so.  I have a screenshot of a beautiful 1-shot-1-kill headshot.... marred by the "there is a problem with your network" message.  AAAIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!  I spent most of yesterday wanting to punch the monitor, punch the PC, but most of all, punch every damn programmer at EA!

Rumor has it they are back from some sort of vacation and are working on a fix.  However, this is unconfirmed on my end.

I'm having a lot of the same problems as y'all.
I spent quite a bit of time yesterday uninstalling/reinstalling/re-patching up to 1.3, hoping it would fix the problems.

End result?

Jack shit. IF (and that's a big IF) I can actually make it to the login screen (about 2/3 of the time the game will crash before there), and IF I can find some of my favorite servers up and running (favorites list will randomly disappear), I stand a decent chance of playing I thought. Again, wrong. Servers are laggy even with ping in the 30-50's, I still occasionally CTD, and I still get the LCTS issue. I must've spent 45 minutes to an hour yesterday just WAITING to play a map, and then I got through about 1/2 a laggy map and got d/c'ed.

For all y'all talkin' about how those of us with issues just have shitty computers, I don't understand your line of reasoning (if there is one). I had NONE of these problems before this latest patch, and it looks like I'm not alone here.

I'm giving up on BF2 for now, until I hear something positive about EA fixing this shit.

I voted for "Yes, as a gamer I experience all of these problems" because for me it happens all the time... Yesterday I tried 20 times to get into a server with my friends, and 19 of those times I got CTD and one connection problem...

I've gotten a few CTD's but not a lot.

this si the worst patch EVER released EA has lost my trust..I will never purchase another game made by EA.

You guys have two fucking options, you either:
A. Keep bitching and not do anything about it.
B. Lower your graphics settings like I did (zomg i'm not a winey bitch like you all!).
C. Do what TehM yke said and DON'T HAVE SHITTY COMPUTERS

But seriously, where is the no option, because I have never run into any of these problems.

there are some new bugs that came in after patch 1.3... especially problem w/ ur connection and other things. the thread starter said AFTER patch 1.3 have u been expierencing these problems. i have more CTD than b4... and no i dont have a shitty pc
