Threatend for stats reset

I was playing Iron gator this evening, and I got sick of getting chewed up before I even got to the carrier. So I took a boat out in the water (by myself), and started shooting teargas towards the carriers bottom entrance so they couldnt see what was coming in.

Low and behold I start getting threatend (ironic enough by a guy using the orange name text hack) that I am stat padding and he is turning me into EA to get my stats reset. He says it was padding because I was in a transport vehicle....

It's far from stat padding since myself nor anyone else makes any points off of it, but is there anything I should have to worry about? I've put in over 1,130 hours into this game, and it'd be very disheartening to have my stats reset because some guy decides he doesn't like how I was playing my game.

Just watch yourself and don't get in the top 20, don't get a BRS of over 150, and don't get a kill streak over 50 and you'll be ok......

I got a BRS of 448, from a basically empty 64 player karkand server late one night. map went on for what felt like 2 hours

DSW - Darkside Warriors, then again CSI = crime scene investigators??

Somebody's pulling your wanker. Can't see how you could be accused of padding. I'm not a big fan of Iron Gator but I'll occasionally defend the back entrance of the carrier/amphib assault ship as sniper. I can't tell you how many support guys will sit down there and spam tear gas out into the water to blind incoming MEC forces. It gets old, but it's a valid tactic (made somewhat questionable because it prevents defenders from actually seeing incoming attackers).

And who the hell really cares if you're padding tear gas or grapples. As if there's some prestige in having expert flash bang badge.

wow sounds gay. Speaking of that I was on a server last night and me and this one dood my sqd ldr were the top 2 highest scores. I was 2nd. Anyways he had 68 and I had about 65 and this one guy was bitching to him that he was padding. Before he came on the server I would spwn on my sqd ldr in a chopper. And I argued that my SL had skills and wasnt padding. Ended up me and my SL winning the argument and the dude stfu.
it was sad.

BRS of 448 ... kill streak of 50 .... favorite victom (25) AND worst enemy (30) is the same person, and a clanmate

Though the incident you originally mention doesn't seem suspicious, I think people have had less overall suspicious stats than yours and have gotten reset.

Frankly, I don't care ... its just a game, and if someone wants to stat pad to make themselves feel better about their imaginary abilities, then go ahead ...

kill streak of 50 = straferight karkand throwing grandes over the fence. teck almost banned me because i had gotten a lot of teamkills doing it, but it was very fun. i finally got taken out by an arty blast but ended up like 65 and 2 at the end of the round.

we have a habit of anytime a person says they are afk to see if that person left themself spawned, and sit there and rape them until they get back. back before 1.02 came out we had a hardtime keeping our server up and alive so we'd leave our games up if we were going to go afk for a while.

As I said, "I don't care" how you or anyone else gets their stats (legitimate or stats-padding is not the issue). You asked the question "is this something I have to worry about" ... I'm simply pointing out that you have suspicious stats should you get reported by someone.

So, indeed, IMO you would have something to worry about should you get reported. Or, as VeNg3nCe^ implied, you might also have a problem if you should get too much visibility ... er, like make General.

(PS ... assuming it was you, that's pretty low class to give me -1 Karma for responding to your original question ... and, no, I don't plan to reciprocate ... I'll just wait for an apology )

Thats totally impossible !... For me anyway, got a kill streak of 63... and for that death steak, went AFK on Warlord with spawn point set to the one West of the uncap... the one you fall have have to deploy the parachute... well there was no one at the computer to hit the "9" key... didn't think about my death streak but about my k/d ratio... i was soooo pissed and still am...
For the BRS im getting 150+ daily... and got 311 on Mashtuur... BH Times, Vet Pilot...

Anyway that newb was probly a sore loser and was just bluffing, and anyway ive contacted EA about some guy breacking the EA Online Terms of Agrements => Pissing me off badly... they didn't do squat they just told me to contact the server admin...
And anyway how is trowing tear gas in the carrier any kind of cheating/stat padding ?? And if they think you're too high ranked, well tell them SOMEONE HAS TO BE THE HIGHEST RANKED F*S ! If it's not you it's the guy below you and if it's not him it's the guy below him etc...

From the situation you describe, I wouldn't worry about it. Heck, I was told about two weeks ago that someone was "recording" me hacking, because I could get to the top of that roof on Karkand, overlooking the hotel flag, from the next door apartment complex. I just laughed at him, and told him to go right ahead. He then said he was gonna put it on google to show everyone. Again I laughed, then said something along the lines of "GREAT! Give me the web page so that I can get a copy of me owning you all!" Unfortunately, I think it zipped by to quickly for him to read it, but I'm not sure, because a kick vote was started right after I said that. Needless to say, he was but one of a very few in a full server to vote yes. I almost thought about telling him that if he went to the Secrets of Battlefield site, he'd understand, but.... NAH!!! SCREW HIM!

Anyways, long story short, I don't think they'll reset scores so frivolously, because threats like that pop up all the time from whiny, lil' bitches like that.
