NO First Sergent ? WTF

hi guys, can you help me out here ... my user name is Dan_Aus, can you have a look at my stats and tell me why i dont have my first sergent yet? i have over 38 000 points and all my basics (as a min) yet i am still ranked as master sergent, what the heck do i have to do to get my first sergent rank? any reply would be greatly appreciated!

im pretty sure (unless they changed it when they introduced the new ranks) that you had to have had all the basics before you got the 20k points... ie. you cant rank from master sergent to first sergent you have either one or the other.

No DrunkFace is right, you ahve to have all your basics before you hit your 20k points or else you'll be master sergeant until you hit 50k.

Well thanks for that, it certainly seems logical... dam it.

The basic explosives was a pain in the butt, i gave up on it for ages after getting like 11 or 12 kills IAR a thousand times, lol. stupid thing.... got it now though finally.

10 000 more to go till next rank so ill just have to wait.

My question will be the same.Now Im Gunnery Sergeant and i have all basic badges waht are needed to the First Sergeant rank.My question is...after i get 20.000 points i will get my new rank the Master Sergeant...but i got all basics what are needed to became a First Sgt...so what will happen ?
I will get both of the ranks or just the First Sgt. ?

See, it's like that, you either get Master Sgt (if you don't have the required badges) OR First Sgt (if you meet the requirements). Easy. Same with Master Gunnery Sgt and Sgt Major.
