Navy Cross without fulfilling the Reqs??

Hi there...
I've just recieved the Navy Cross, but dont have the required 250h and 500wins with USMC...
I have 500Wins and more than 250h in the THEATER USMC..
Is this a bug (poor me.. would have got a medal without deserving it) or are the reqs on BF2s wrong?

And i thought the search link was big enough already....
Searching using the keywords "navy cross" brings up 5 pages worth of threads along the lines of "OMGWTF I jsut gt teh nvy cross" and other threads like "please use the search and stop making these medal posts...".
I guess this is one of the latter...........

They lowered the playtime to 100h, dunno what the wins have to be. 150 or 200 perhaps..?

Yes ... it is a forum, but a forum has many functions besides Q&A. A forum's most powerful feature is the ability to search previous posts to get an answer. It is simple and faster than a post-and-wait method.

Anyway, this particular question has been asked 100 times over the last few days.

Edit: Of course, to be fair, if the UBAR and the mouse-over events would get corrected by BF2S, it would cut down on these posts because I have noticed many people at least searching through the UBAR.

In order to make certain medal rewards more accessible to the time played criteria for the following medals has been reduced:

* Golden Scimitar Medal - Now requires 100 hours
* Peoples Medallion - Now requires 100 hours
* MEC Special Forces Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
* Navy Cross Medal - Now requires 100 hours
* EU Special Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
* SAS Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
* Navy Seal Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
* Spetsnaz Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours
* Rebel Service Medal - Now requires 50 hours

That should answer your Question
