Jets bouncing off of obstacles?

Last night I was playing on Wake Island.. like I usually do. I was lucky enough to claim a J-10 and was going after enemy flags and their aircraft (not the carrier!) and suddenly, when I was flying in the direction of the South Base, I had about half a second of lag. This caused me to crash into a tree.. but did I really crash? My J-10 spun out of control, horizontal wize, and I took off in the opposite direction, with only minimal damage.

I remember reading about this happening to some people on Operation Smoke Screen. Has this happened to anyone else?

happens quite often to me, its a bug that you can exploit, im trying howto but when i want it wont work, when i try to shake enemys by flying trough trees, i make spins....

the coolest spin i made sofar was 2 rounds with the j-10.

and another plane bug: take a bomber, stand on your runway, turn off FF, keep bombing, ram that button! youl suddenly be in the air with a speed of 300, and the force of some bombs isent enough for that....

Actually yes, its happened plenty. I'd accidently hit the side front of the plane in the J-10 and spin out of control just to crash later, a few times I've saved myself. It's funny when you witness it though

I've seen this as well. I think it just involves having the right angle on whatever you bounce off of. In my case I bounced off of another jet, mid air collision style. It was no scrape as I actually went into kind of a tail-spin (Baloo?) but managed to recover.

Bombs do this as well - drop bombs on trees, and maybe 1 in 100 will bounce off into the air. I've had bombs do this much more then my J10. Only happened twice in the J10, but 100s of times for bombs.

Each time a bomb or J10 did it for me was off the trunk of the tree, and not near the upper branch area. Rubber palm tree trunks

best that ive ever had was pre 1.2 i was in the F35 on oman i ran into the crane wound up behind the Mig chasing me who was typing because he was trying 2 figure out with was going on and i then put about 50 cannon rounds up his ass

there dead spot on few jets that do not take damage it is right on the beginning of wing you can do some cool stunts using that dead spot but you need to have good feel for it, best to find the G spot is in bf2 editor and load up j-10 o

Its only happened to me once, Clipped the Essex with my Wing once on Dalian Plant and I did a 540 degree Spin and recovered and took about 3 or 4 bars off...

Its not fun.

Funniest thing i'd ever seen!:::

A guy was going to bomb the IGLA near the North base thingy (wake island btw) and he smashed into the trees near the bottom, instead of exploding, he went up the tree and shot off upside down over the water, went for a bit, then crashed, it was hillarious to watch
