Eh im not American, im Irish you idiots! please note for future reference the "from Dublin" clearly located under my name!! "This just proves the point that half of you Americans don't even know that other countries exist outside your own boarders" this proves you (personnally not English people in general) dont even notice nations that you border lol
And there's no way England was the most powerful country until the end of WW2, how Elite came up with that I dont know. It was obviously between the US, Germany or the Soviet Union.
dont want to flame you or anything man, but you are arguing about people not knowing about countrys outside their own borders, but yet you are now refering to England not being the most powerful country. I do believe people have been talking about Britain. England isnt Britain man, i know that alot of people do believe this to be true, but there are other countrys who are part of the Brittish Empire!
On a lighter note, the Commonnwealth Games in Melbourne.
On the tv, there was a feature of some of the highlights of the games, they showed some build up and that the Australians were hoping to do well in the swimming pool. They thought that they would clean up with the medals, but then the person narrating the highlights said "But the Empire Struck Back". - refering to scotland and england winning a lost of the medals.
I had to laugh at this, sounded like something from Star wars!
