Artic cooling has amazingly quiet VGA coolers and they offer one specifically designed for every ati and nvidia card series. I got one for my x850 and running that at 100% is quieter than the stock running at its default 5%

to x800XT pe, not the 850. Its oced right not to 650/670 with the artic amazingly
