Why won't my stats load?

Sorry if this has been well covered, but I couldn't find the answer.

Why won't this site find some of my clan members stats? They have well established accounts with more than 100 global points. For example

[WAR]Str3tch
PID 43407005

If you are looking up your stats for the first time you have only just been placed in the queue. You must wait in line until your stats update on this site. Then you should see them without any problem.

1/ Exists for long?

Thanks for the comment, perhaps I was not clear enough:

I can't find the required stats (on other places either)
But if you persist that it has more than 100pts... Well, to bad perhaps someone else...

The fellow hasn't got 100pts he was reset... (Verify this in BFHQ - the game, to be sure)
But it does look like it...

Well, I just asked him and he said he is a Lance Corporal which means he has to have more than 100 pts.

Better ask him what he has done lately;

BFHQ says [WAR]Str3tch has 0pts which means:
1/ either I overlooked something perhaps this is not really his name or so
2/ He is this player and he now has no more points = reset = he was caught doing something naughty...

More I can't do or say...

So what does that mean for him? Has this been an ongoing problem. He said he hasn't been hacking or anything that would have pissed EA off, and his account still works.

Well, as far as I heard of other people who've been reset... The account still works, and you can still play.
Reset means he just lost all points/badges/ranks and thus the available unlocks. He simply will have to start over.

And in general your account does not earn a reset for nothing, so there is a fair chance he did some stat padding to boost his score. If he doesn't agree contact EA customer service. Here is not a lot we can do for ya, sorry.
