Geez, why do people keep asking this stuff? If they'd use the time to post to practice they shouldn't be whining.
If you dont want to fuck your stats, go Single Player with expert bots, it will give you a pretty rough game.

Pistol isn't that hard to get, be a sniper. Shoot someone with the M24, L96 or M95 then kill them with the pistol.
Rinse and repeat.

Its sooo easy!!! C'mon u must suck with the knife cuz i got it on my first try on a 64 strike st karkhand map.
