(actually on a serious level, being at a small undergrad uni is the best for graduate studies. you get real good contact and familiar with professors, the references of whom are 60% of the effort to get your foot in the door at a top-school for postgrad. but you do also get loads of free champagne).

Actually for contacts with professors at my uni it's pretty good for my IR course as you do a seminar capstone course with the program coordinator. get dat reference for dem jerbs. but i know most people don't really ask for references...

because of the redneck logic of yours fuck it up. alcohol doesnt freeze, therefore champagne doesnt freeze. next day pop goes the bottle.
Alcohol does freeze but I think (without googling) it's at around -40 C.
Champagne must be served well chilled as the pressure in the bottle is greater when warm (about the same as three car tyres). Obviously it also tastes better too.

try putting champagne in the freezer. cougar thought it was a good idea. i wasnt gonna let some champagne slushie go to waste.
its closer to -115C, so no freezer any of us own would do it. you usually have to dissolve it in something to make it frozen (ie alcoholic ice cream)
