While some cases seem clear cut, it is important for all the facts to be collected presented before the public. Part of the reason all this conspiracy stuff swirls around the Kennedy assassination is because someone killed Lee Harvey Oswald before he had his day in court. Flat out killing one of these gunmen might be the easy way out, for you and for them, but it does not do anything besides make it much easier for everyone to just forget any of these horrible events ever happened so they can be surprised and outraged in time for the next one to role around. Despicable human being though they might be, they are human beings and they deserve to die a slow death like the rest of us.
Keep mass murderers around as a living memorial of their crimes. Got it.

I don't give a fuck what they think. He killed 6 people and wounded many others. There's no need for a trial, there were tons of witnesses. Line the fucker up against a wall and shoot him. It's not about righteousness it's about justice. Kill the fucker and save us some tax dollars please.
I told you before, and I will tell you again, you need to learn how to filter before you fuck up your career before it even starts.
Least patriotic? They used to shoot spies, traitors, deserters, etc. after being found guilty of course, and now we've got this pussification of the justice system and human rights. If you kill another person, you need to be punished. I don't think granting a killer life, albeit in prison, is a proper punishment. I understand that people get put in prison despite being innocent so I can understand some tolerance if it's just one person killing another but in cases like these the guy needs to die. Still doesn't excuse the ones that truly are guilty of murdering just one person though.
I hate the justice system. Putting people in jail for non-violent crimes - really?!
And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.
What does killing people achieve exactly?
Apart from helping people with small penises feel less bad about themselves?
(This applies to mass killers and the people who get excited about people being executed)

I can't find the Idi Amin quote, it was something like:
"They will receive a fair trial, then they will be shot"

If you don't think your posts on the internet can be tracked down and used against you, you are clueless with the way the world works. If you don't see how this could come back to the military's attention if you are up for a promotion, and become part of a determining factor, then you have no real world experience. I know several military investigators that have careers of looking up everything from facebook posts to forum posts of people who are up for certain punishments, and for certain promotions/clearances.-Sh1fty- wrote:

Suggesting to kill someone without a trial might just fall into the "black mark" category.
They used hang blacks and have slaves. Doesn't make it patriotic. Patriotic means standing up for your country, and your country's laws, rights, beliefs, etc. Not just doing what they used to do.-Sh1fty- wrote:

If you fail to defend human rights, as defined by the very documents that founded your country, then why bother being in that country? Move somewhere else where they do execute on suspicion without a trial. While you are there, pray you are never suspected of anything.
Why? Why do they need to die? Explain where that helps anything. Do you have a reason or is is just blind rage/revenge that you want to disguise as justice? Why is your definition of justice more correct than the rest of the nation? Than the Constitution?-Sh1fty- wrote:

So let me get this right, you think violent offenders should be shot on site, and non-violent offenders should what? Walk free? I am confused by your logic. If I break into your house while you are away and steal everything you own, I should what? Be fined? How about if I burn your house down while you are gone? How about if I threaten violence but don't actually use any? How about if I bang your underage sister, with her consent? That wouldn't be violent...necessarily.-Sh1fty- wrote:

Does that piss you off? Is that worth you shooting someone without a trial over? Then they could shoot you without a trial. Then someone could shoot them without a trial... And so on.
Ok everybody I know I've been making some pretty dumb posts lately. I don't think a lot before I post online. Thinking before I talk though is something I do a lot so I'm going to work on doing the same here.
So you all think I have some desire for death and punishment but I don't. I just don't feel like the system is currently unfair. I'm not going to argue against the Constitution because that's supreme law in our Constitutional Republic.
You ask me how I would feel if I had my house burned down or if you slept with my sister. To be honest I don't think what my sister does intimately is any of mine or the government's business as long as it's consensual and she's at an age to make good judgement calls. If somebody burned my house down I don't think they should go to jail though. Why not simply fine them enough to repay the damages and if they can't repay this they have to do community service or go to prison with a hard labor sentence. There's prison farms and other ways they can contribute to society. Heck teach them a trade while they're in there and give em a shrink and maybe when they get out they can be good members of society.

So for rich people, crime is now ok, but for poor people it is pretty much exactly the current rehabilitation jail system...-Sh1fty- wrote:

Cool, rich people get to obey different laws from the rest of us, that's not unconstitutional or anything. I've heard of robber barons before, but I never realized that anyone could take it so literally.

Yeah, to word it a different way under the Sh1fty system, I can now steal whatever I want, whenever I want. If I am caught, I just have to give it back. If I am not caught, sweet, free stuff.
Technically attempted murder is not a violent crime if you don't actually hit them with a bullet or anything
