i bet more knew because of movies and pop culture though. the only time yemen (other than right now) was in the focus of the american public was during the cold war when yemen was a soviet proxy.

will the us invade yemen? i really doubt it, however, I think a yemen invasion is more likely than involvement in syria but less likely than an attack on iran.
